Week 15: The Grace To Live Righteously

2 Corinthians 5:21 (AMP)- For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].

Have you ever worked hard for something but never received it? You continuously wondered what caused you not to attain your goal. The more you strived to find answers, the more condemnation took their seats in your psyche. As God’s chosen, it is His delight to bless you regardless of your rights or wrongs. You have been given the grace to live righteously. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (AMP) states, For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness]. God sent you the gift of Jesus to be a substitute for every sin you would ever commit.

The word righteous means to conform to God’s will in word, thought and action. Since you were made righteous, embracing this mindset enables you to become who He made you to be.
You had no part in this act of love, nor did you have to do anything to be perfect. Your only part is to simply trust God and believe in what Jesus did just for you.

The only limit present is the one you set for yourself. This means you can chose to live limitless, powerful and free. Remember, God is bigger than any of your fears and He will give you strength to be more than a conqueror.

Live life to the fullest in the grace of God!
