Week 12: The Great Exchange

Romans 5:19 (KJV)- For as by one man’s obedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Do you remember receiving a present on a special occasion that you didn’t like? You viewed it as useless because it was the wrong size, color, style or brand. Inevitably, you took it back to where it originated to exchange it for something of greater value. As God’s chosen, He sent you the gift of Jesus in exchange for your past, present and future mistakes. Romans 5:19 (KJV) states, For as by one man’s obedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. Through the obedience of Jesus, a great exchange was made. This automatically eliminated your condemned condition and placed you in a righteous position. Righteousness is the state of being made right with God. You had no part in making yourself. So, there is no wrongdoing that can reverse God’s blessing and grace on your life.

When you are knowledgeable of who God really is, you will walk with confidence. His grace allows you to become what you couldn’t on your own. Your full cooperation and obedience is sure to enhance your righteous thinking, which in return leads to increasing victories.

You were created for the glory of God. Therefore, good things are supposed to happen for you nonstop. Your permanent access to Jesus allows you to obtain everything you need to succeed and have a fruitful life. Continue to seek His wisdom and understanding and only believe. God has already fulfilled your every desire and looks forward to your joy being full.

Exchange your old life for the abundant life!
