Week 8: A Life Of Mind Renewal

Romans 12:2 (KJV)- And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

The journey of change comprises of challenges, unexpected circumstances and apprehension. However, when the desired change comes to pass, it yields exceeding rewards and benefits. One of those benefits is mind renewal. Mind renewal proves to yourself and others of your own self worth. As God’s chosen, a commitment to a life of mind renewal is essential. Romans 12:2 (KJV) states, And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Consistently standing for what you believe in allows God to get all of the glory in the midst of your discomfort. He will gladly give you an abundance of blessings because you refused to quit.

Mind renewal offers you an opportunity to discover who you really are. Since your life is a sum total of the seeds sown, it is necessary to establish a stable root. God desires that you continuously inhale His wisdom so you can exhale great exploits. He is ready to demonstrate His mercy. Simply, realign yourself to be in position to receive.

God made you unique with a special purpose and plan. The more you imitate Jesus and His character, the more you will live selflessly. Your focus is sure to shift from you towards something else and somebody else. This will give you the freedom to become everything that He graced you to be so you can flourish.

Remember, it’s not too late to become something great. Renew your mind and win!
